1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Clexane Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Clexane Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track subcutaneous Clexane (enoxaparin) injections. The App provides features including:

• Visual body map for injection site rotation
• Injection logging with date, time, and site details
• Treatment progress tracking
• Educational guides about injection technique

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is a personal tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The information and features in the App are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your medical condition or treatment.

4. Data Storage

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device using SQLite. The App does not transmit, collect, or store any user data on external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your device data.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarmixSoft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent from MarmixSoft.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal injection tracking
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Follow your healthcare provider's instructions for your treatment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MarmixSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App
• Any medical decisions made based on information in the App
• Loss of data stored on your device

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
